Brief introduction
It is very hard to control industrial furnaces, operators can only presume the furnace inside condition according to the temperature, pressure, flow rate and so on. But the very inner side, it is still an all black box, operators can not give an accurate and in time presumption on the flame, material and furnace lining. It is very hard to achieve an high production but low consumption goal. The fluctuation of furnace condition and the damage of device also make a great lots to some furnaces. But most of the CCTV system are used under a light-able condition, they can not work well in dark or light-less condition. This type of CCTV will provide an extra light source, to make dark monitory come true.
Typical application 1
Shaft kiln for lime. the theory for shaft line is countercurrent heat transmission. Material inner furnace is moving from up to the bottom, but the smoke is moving from bottom to the up, through the material. The material is preheated, burned, and cooled. The inside is very dark until the flame reach the top. So it is requires a CCTV with light source, to give a clear image of inside material surface and temperature changes.
Typical application 2
Annealing furnace for galvanizing line.
