Rotary kiln can be used in many fields, such as cement, alumina, chromite burning and dehydration calcination. Generally speaking, the most monitoring system are focus on watching the combustion chamber in the kiln head and checking the temperature of kiln shell by infrared ray. So it is very hard to measure the temperature of kiln inside. The current technology can only support to scan the kiln shell by infrared ray, and build a mathematical model to measure the kiln inside temperature. 

 Rotary kiln wireless temperature measurement device is equipped with the latest wireless communication technology,it will send the kiln inside temperature data, which measured by thermocouple,to control room. The kiln temperature transmitter use battery power, and can collect many thermocouple signals at the same time. You can install it in the kiln body, this transmitter will rotate with kiln body together. With radiation and high temperature resistance, anti rain features, sunscreen features and anti-vibration features. Putting the kiln temperature transmitter in control room, the temperature will show directly, and output 4-20mA currency. This will also can display on computer and other instrument. The advantages of this device not only include simple structure, easy installation, reliable operation features, but also can provide a accurate and stable data, with less maintenance, and long service time.

Application: This wireless temperature measurement system has configured wear-resisting and high temperature resisting thermocouples. Using S size thermocouple on the kiln head, and using K size thermocouple on the kiln middle and kiln tail.
